The new R6 RapidBus service will begin operations on Scott Road, Metro Vancouver’s highest ridership route, on January 1. Providing high-frequency, reliable service with limited stops, the R6 will travel between Scott Road Station and Newton Exchange, saving up to eight minutes per trip, and be 20% faster than local buses. The route includes dedicated bus lanes and upgraded bus stops for ease and safety of passengers.
